As part of our broad-spectrum Just Culture approach, we publish all LVNL’s incidents of 'serious' and 'major' classification on our public website since 2014.
Chronologically, we publish the report / alert within five working days. When the investigation is completed, we add the results and the follow up what we have done with the lessons learned.
