LVNL wants to be a diverse and inclusive organisation. Safety is in LVNL's DNA. We want to create the same safety in the workplace. We believe that you can be 100% yourself in a safe working environment and that our differences actually strengthen us. We therefore set goals and organise activities around this theme, such as workshops, film screenings and an iftar after Ramadan.

Working environment

At LVNL, we strive to create a healthy and pleasant workplace. For example, in the Polaris and C3 building sections, we have created many open spaces with natural light, added plants and installed equipment for relaxation, such as a table football table. We have also created a quiet room where employees can reflect, and there is a fitness room at our head office. In addition, we organise company fitness, running training, lunch walks and yoga, as well as training courses on mental resilience, for example. Employees can participate in these activities free of charge.
