LVNL maintain a very good level of Maturity in the majority of the Study Areas where the SMS processes and/or requirements are being formally documented and consistently applied. Maturity Level D (Resilient) has been achieved in 10 Study Areas and Maturity Level C (Managed) in 3 Study Areas. It should be noted that LVNL have achieved Maturity Level E (Excellence) in 3 sub-study areas. The overall Maturity Level is Level C, which is defined by the lowest level achieved in any Study Area
