ON AND NEAR AVIATION SITES

Aerodromes have specific procedures for helicopter landings depending on the type of aerodrome:

1. Controlled airports (red)
   If the helipad is within the local air traffic control area (CTR) of the aerodrome, you need to request permission in advance from the Operational Helpdesk by e-mail.
2. Uncontrolled airports (blue) 
   If the helipad is within 4000 m of the aerodrome, you need to coordinate with the Airport Authority in advance
