Customer satisfaction survey LVNL 2018

Air Traffic Control the Netherlands (LVNL) conducts its customer satisfaction survey every two to three years. In late 2018, an independent researcher conducted 29 interviews with 40 important stakeholders. The central question was: what do they think about LVNL?

 

The results confirm that our purpose of Enabling Aviation Together and our core values of Together, Open, Result and Responsibility are taking us in the right direction. In addition, we now also have a clear focus on the steps we need to take.
