The Regeling valschermspringen (in Dutch) contains rules for parachute jumping. If you want to use a parachute jumping area on an occasional basis, this must be announced via a NOTAM.
Parachute jumping in military airspace
If the target area is in military airspace, you may address the military AIS for issuing the NOTAM, via phone number +31 (0)577 458 327.
Parachute jumping in civil airspace
If the target area is in civil airspace, the following procedure applies:
Mail the form at least five days before the intended jump to the Operational Help Desk.
After the NOTAM has been evaluated and issued, the Operational Help Desk will give you a NOTAM number and any requirements from the air traffic service concerned.*
Make sure the pilot requests all air traffic service concerned for a preliminary permission before departure.
Make sure the pilot requests permission from the air traffic controller immediately before dropping the parachutists. Dropping is not allowed until this permission is granted.
*Sometimes your NOTAM request may not be attended to, because the parachute jumping activities take place in an area or at an altitude which conflicts with the standard air traffic flow. In that case, it will be considered whether or not the parachute jumping activities may be carried out at a lower altitude. The Operational Help Desk will then contact you.
