Invitation – RECAT-TBS information event for pilots on January 12 from 16:00 hrs @LVNL
End of January 2023, LVNL will implement Eurocontrol’s new wake turbulence categorization (called RECAT-EU) and Time Based Separation (TBS) at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to further improve runway capacity utilization and throughput and at the same time limit noise burden for surrounding communities. As pilot and controller cooperation is key to reach the benefits of this new system, LVNL invites pilots of all airlines operating at Schiphol airport for an information event to learn more about this new system.
